This is where you can find my offerings and the study that informs my practice. I’m drawn to the teachings of T.K.V. Desikachar who learnt from his father T. Krishnamacharya. I like how Desikachar described yoga as a linking process. We can link our whole being to this practice called yoga, this continual relationship. I teach from the inside out, that felt sense that explores the functionality rather than the aesthetics of yoga.
