I’m drawn to the teachings of T.K.V. Desikachar who learnt from his
father T. Krishnamacharya. I like how Desikachar described yoga as a linking process. We can link our whole being to this practice called yoga to create a continual relationship. I teach from the inside out, a felt sense that explores the functionality of yoga through Hatha and Yin.

Private, corporate & in school teaching
Experienced teaching private clients, school children & corporate classes. Currently teaching at Ascham school and previous corporate clients include Optus, Sydney University and Tourism Australia.
